Post Custom Hardtail Jem
I just got this one finished up for a guy. It has a H/S/S basswood body, old school neck joint, RG550 neck. The pickups are Tone Zone in the bridge, Fast Track in the neck, and a stock Ibanez S1 (It actually sounds really good) in the middle. The paint is House of Kolor, and I used Dupont clear coat. It's the first swirl finish I've attempted, and I think it turned out pretty decent. --Jason

That looks awesome!
Great job.

Edit: How did you go about filling the trem rout?
Do you have any pics of that process?

Ps. That would have made a perfect speciment for that
new "h-s-s" PGM. Maybe next time?

I didn't fill the cavities of the body. The guy I built it for bought it off ebay. It's susposed to be a Christopher Woods body. I am doing a hardtail conversion on another guitar right now, and I'm taking pictures as I go to detail the process. --Jason

That looks pretty good. For your first swirl finish I think you did a great job.

Dude, that looks killer! I don't even like swirl finishes, but the colors on that one look awesome.

Now I know why you've missed the last couple PGMs on the PGMs available thread.

Yea, I have been kinda slacking on posting PGMs lately. I'm getting things caught up now though.

Here are a few other pictures of the paint that show the pattern and colors better. --Jason
